Tell your friends every Saturday starting October 4 there will be a free introduction to yoga class. The class will last 30 minutes from 10:00 am to 10:30 am. The free session will include basic instruction and a free information packet. Yoga mats and props will be provided. Wear comfortable clothing.
As summer ends and fall begins it occurs to me that things are in a constant state of transition. Some transitions are anticipated, subtle, and beautiful. Summer to fall completely satisfies this type of change and we should take advantage of the beauty that this change provides us. On the flip side there are changes that occur in life that are not anticipated, drastic, and not so appealing. There is a common thread in both in that sometimes we can’t control the change that is occurring, we can only control how we respond.
